We understand that sometimes products need to be returned. It might have been a wrong purchase or sometimes items come with a fault. In any case you may seek our help.

 

Returning your products to store

Whether you purchased an item in our store or online, all of our products can be returned to NCE Nickey’s Electronic Components store in its original excellent condition (sealed) in which it was delivered to you. Or you may send the item by courier (after notifying us - return costs are charged to the customer) and give us clear and indisputable evidence that you have certainly sent it within 14 calendar days. Please note that our exchange policy has a 14 calendar day’s validity time. – Items must be returned in their Original packaging with the receipt of their payment.

 

Indicatively, you are not entitled to return products such as headphones for hygiene reasons, the supply of sealed audio recordings or sealed video recordings or sealed computer software.

 

Cancelling an order

In the case that you would like to cancel your order and request a full refund (including freight charges), our company will comply with your request as long as the item has not been dispatched from our warehouse.  If the item has already been dispatched, then the customer is responsible to receive the item and send it back to our return address (see contact information) on customer’s charge.

 

Wrong Product Delivery – read more


In case a mistake occurs and it’s evidently our company’s fault either in packaging or dispatching the wrong product, we apologize in advance. In such occasion the cost for the return of the wrong product as well as the dispatching of the right one will be handled by NCE Nickey’s Electronic Components Ltd.

 

Unwanted products – read more

An unwanted product can be returned within 14 calendar days since delivery date as long as it's still in original, unopened packaging. They must include all original packaging, be in new condition and must not have been used, installed or had any data input on them.

Returns and exchanges can only be processed with proof of purchase. This can be the sales receipt or an online sales invoice. You have the right to return the product and purchase another product at the same price or a more expensive one by paying the price difference. No money refund is available.

You cannot return unwanted items after 14 days of purchase, nor can you return items that have been used.

 

Faulty products – read more

You always have the option of an exchange if the fault occurs within 14 calendar days from delivery. If the fault with your product occurs within its guarantee period (normally 24 months from delivery) we will offer you a prompt repair service.  In all cases we reserve the right to inspect the product and verify the fault.

We do not cover faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear.

 

Damaged products – read more

If you unpack your product and find it damaged, you are requested to inform us as soon as possible and you can return the product to our store within 48 hours of delivery.

Order Delay

Your order may be delayed for the following reasons:

 

  • The product has been delayed by our supplier. In such a case, we will contact you to ask if you want to deliver the order without this product or to suggest an alternative. We will send this item to you immediately upon receipt at our warehouses.
  • The product you ordered has been discontinued and is no longer available: Among the thousands of products we display in our online store, there are rare cases where the supplier suddenly announces that he is removing them. In this case, an employee of our company will contact you directly to give you all the alternatives.
  • In times of extreme weather or strikes as well as in any case of force majeure, which may affect the transport and delivery of your order.

    In case the telephone and / or e-mail communication with you is impossible (if there is a problem with your order, either in relation to the product or in relation to its payment) because for example your details that you have entered is not properly updated. In any case, the delay shall not exceed thirty days from the conclusion of your order.
