Enamel Hob
The Izzy burner is enamelled, meaning it is the classic burner with the thermal resistance underneath and the surface around it is coated with enamel, which results from the application of enamel (glass) onto metal.
It is suitable for use with all types of cookware, while its enamelled surface is resistant to high temperatures and does not get damaged from constant exposure to them.
Rotary Knobs
The handling for selecting the desired temperatures and settings is done via rotary switches, which operate independently of each other.
Each switch can set up to 6 different temperatures.
Dimensions & power of cooking zones
It features 2 cooking zones with diameter 18.5 cm and power 1500 W on the left, and diameter 15.5 cm and power 1000W on the right.
