Orders and Shipping

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery within Cyprus typically takes 2–5 business days. International shipping times vary depending on destination and selected service.

Click the “Sign Up” or “Create Account” button at the top right of the homepage. Fill in your details and follow the steps to verify your email. Once complete, you can log in and start shopping.

You can update your shipping address in your account settings. If your order has already been placed, please contact us immediately at contact@nickeyselectronics.com or call +357 25 353800.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. You can also log into your account and view the status under “My Orders”.

No. For your security, we do not store credit card details. All payments are securely processed via trusted third-party payment gateways.

Yes, VAT is included in all product prices as required under Cyprus and EU law. For business purchases or VAT-exempt entities, please contact us before placing your order.

We currently ship within Cyprus. At checkout, you’ll see available shipping options for your location.

Whenever possible, we ship your order in a single package. If your order includes items from different warehouses or with varying availability, it may arrive in separate parcels.

If you need to swap an item

Returns and Exchanges

You may return unused items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in original packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase. Contact us at contact@nickeyselectronics.com to begin a return.

We’re sorry! Please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange for the correct item to be sent or offer a refund or exchange.

If your order was damaged during shipping, email us at contact@nickeyselectronics.com with photos of the damage within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll resolve the issue quickly.

After contacting customer support, you’ll receive return instructions and the appropriate return address. Returns must be pre-authorized to be accepted.
